Our client - Elan, is a leading ski and snow board manufacturer. The company also makes boat hulls, sports gliders and gymnasium equipment, in glass reinforced plastics. Our interim management team studied the feasibility of integrating ski and snow board production from the Elan plant in Austria, into the main facility in Slovenia.
