Transfer from Interim Manager to Permanent Staff

A recruitment fee becomes due on transfer, depending on the length of the interim assignment, completed up to the point of transfer. This fee is set as a percentage of first year’s salary
We will adjust the transfer fee to make an allowance for the interim manager’s recruitment fees invoiced prior to the transfer
