Recruitment Brief
Our consultant will work with you to develop a specification and job description for each executive placement. Based on information specific to your company, we will establish a brief for the recruitment programme, identifying how the potential appointee will be expected to contribute to your organisation and what your objectives are for the assignment.
To identify potential candidates, we use our list of known candidates, supplemented by database search and advertised selection:
File Search
For a file (database) search, we draw upon our extensive contact listing and CV databases, to identify suitable candidates. We conduct telephone interviews, after which we then select and present cvs of suitable personnel for your consideration and further interview, as required.
Advertised Search
With your approval, we will advertise the position, to improve the choice of potential candidates. We will help you to decide on the best media to use and we will prepare and place the copy. Following the identification of candidates who best match your brief, we will conduct face-to-face interviews, and then present a short-list of suitable personnel for your consideration and further interview.
Psychometric Testing
After an evaluation of all responses and initial candidates' interviews, we will provide a short list of suitable candidates. For those candidates that you select for in-company interview, we can provide psychometric testing services, by arrangement.
