Analysis of the Supply Chain, across 3 UK sites of an American owned market leader in high volume food packaging products.

Specification of (11) projects to give rapid performance improvement. Implementation of 4 of the key projects (the balance were implemented by others).

Management of the migration of manufactured products (approximately 400 SKUs), to the 2 Northern sites (for outsource), and subsequent closure of the South Wales site.
