This involves working closely with companies on projects, to help them achieve these objectives.

Responsible for 110 staff covering Production, Materials Procurement, Production Planning, Goods in/out and Services. Managed manufacturing operations during a difficult period, subsequent to a 30% workforce reduction, a non-profit making 9 months, and through the purchase by another company. The factory manufactured and finished metal mirrors, photo frames, tableware and lighting and electrical industry parts.
Also products for a major cooker manufacturer, that were delivered on a daily kanban basis.
