Client Brief

Your position / person specification for the interim management assignment should identify your needs and describe the parameters and success factors related to the task.

We recommend that you decide upon the calibre of person, the qualities and skills you are seeking and the style and personality expected of the interim. It is important that the candidates that we put forward are briefed on specific and defining aspects of your corporate culture, organisation, and objectives. We can help develop such a brief and specifications for submission to the candidates.

Candidate Selection

We will source all interim management candidates who match your assignment brief, referencing them by their skills, experience and qualifications within the fields specified. Interim management candidates will be fully briefed on your requirements.

Subject to availability, we aim to present matching cvs for suitable interim management professionals within 5 working days of your enquiry. We will give you an assessment as to why we believe that each candidate is suitable for the assignment.

The availability, fees and terms of business applicable to the personnel proposed will be specified at this stage, so that you can identify those candidate(s) that you wish to interview.

Conduct of the Assignment

Throughout the programme, we will keep a watching brief and maintain periodic contact with you and the interim manager, to ensure that the assignment proceeds smoothly.
