The Role
- All aspects of manufacturing and purchasing
- Lead continuous improvement to minimise cost, reduce lead time and optimize customer satisfaction
The Person
- High calibre, commercially minded but practical graduate engineer or equivalent with proven track record of achievement
- Practical, with drive, enthusiasm and a professional approach to service and delivery excellence
- Proven team builder and player with excellent management skills and the ability to lead and direct
- Significant SME experience of small batch production and demonstrating a hands-on approach.
Resourcing Solution
We identified a production manager who met the client's requirements and recruited the candidate for a direct engagement temporary contract, with transfer provisions. On completion of an initial assignment period, the client has the option to engage the candidate as a member of permanent staff.
