Redmayne's Recruitment Activity
Redmayne was commissioned to find a suitable executive manager, who would implement productivity improvements and could support continuing expansion of the business. It was expected that the manager would in time become a key member of the company management team, with responsibility for setting and implementing strategy.
Candidates were then sourced from database search, supplemented by Internet job board advertising and database servers.
CVs for applicants who matched the job specification were reviewed in detail and a short list of suitable candidates prepared.
As for our normal files search assignments, we presented candidates who met the specification and responded well during an initial telephone interview and for selected candidates face-to-face interviews were held, prior to final shortlist.
The final selection/interview of candidates and job offer was then handled by the client.
