We are keen to pre-qualify new associates, especially those with management experience in industry, i.e. proven expertise in project and operations management, specifically:

  • Introduction of lean manufacturing techniques and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Management of engineering, manufacturing, operations, production, quality functions
  • Management of capital projects including restructuring, expansion and modernisation
  • Project management of the introduction of new systems, equipment and processes
