Contract Arrangements (for Interim Managers)

For the implementation of interim management assignments, we normally contract with selected interim managers on an arm's length independent contractor basis.

Our independent contractor interim managers and executives are required to carry their own Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurances, and to provide us with evidence of such insurances.

Candidates will be invited to provide interim management services which reflect the project based nature of the work and an appropriate back-to back contract will be drawn up.

In those (few) cases where the work is not project based, candidates will be put on to our payroll system, and we will administer PAYE on their behalf. Alternatively, the interim manager has the option in this situation, to carry out the assignment under IR35.
